Lucky Penny Thoughts: I thought this was a really fun kit to make. It worked great and the easy to follow directions made it simple to do. Once you get your pancake griddle set to the perfect temperature you could just keep making hearts without stopping :) I think the decorating pen is a nicely designed and a useful item in the kitchen well after you are done with the kit. You can use it for any pancake breakfast, not just Valentine's Day
