In this video, I wanted to give you a quick and honest update on the LEGO City.

The first part of this video shows me starting to rearrange the city based on the plans we shared in the recent planning video - but part way through filming, I threw my back out.

I’ve had back issues on and off for over 20 years, and after a really bad spell last year that took me out for months, I’m being a bit smarter this time.

I could push through and carry on right now…
But the risk is turning a small issue into a big one - and that would mean no LEGO City updates for months instead of just taking it steady for a week or two.

So this is me choosing the boring but sensible option:
Short-term slowdown now, so we can keep making proper progress long-term.

LEGO City updates might be a bit lighter for a short while, but we’ll still be doing builds, streams, news, and everything else - and as soon as I’m able to get back to heavier work safely, we’ll be right back into it.
