This is a short documentary filmed and edited for the closing ceremony at the Southern Shaolin Temple, as a thank you to the temple, its monastics, and its volunteers for supporting the Humanistic Buddhist Monastic Life Program for the month of July 2019. This video details many of the daily activities Woodenfish students participate in as they spend a month in this immersive, study-abroad program, learning "how to live like a monk."
