many clients can not visit our factory in person. Today, we make this video for you to show the details of our processes. Ditaiplastic was founded in 2010, which includes Raw materials, Mold, Vacuum Forming/Thermoforming, CNC cutting, assembly, gluing, painting, and silk screening. Ditai also have some long-term relationship with famous brands, like Louis Vuitton, Hisense, Skyworth, Wistron, Bacardi, Hennessy and so on.
Let's start with the raw materials, brand from Taiwan CHIMEI, we have over 300 tons of raw materials in stock. The video shows our two extrusion raw material machines. Extrusion plastic sheet is the raw material in the vacuum forming/thermoforming process. Usually, we use one of them for processing black material, and the other for white. The sheet's width can be two meters wide.
When we make the materials, we will use a huge can to mux the function of the materials, like the fire-resistance, high impact, UV protection and so on. So we can customize the materials base on your needs.
Video also shows the mold center. The raw materials of our molds can be casting aluminum or block aluminum. The materials of the mold are base on the client's needs, like the transparency materials, we will buy the aluminum block to build the mold, if the solid materials, texture materials we will the casting aluminum to build it. When the mold finished CNC, we will take the mold off the machine and will do the polish and drill the vacuum holes.
The second floor is our vacuum forming and CNC department. We are working on lots of modified car parts, robot shell and plant products. When a sample finished from the vacuum forming process, we will use the machine to measure the thickness and marked so many numbers on the surface. We can use this method to check the quality and the thickness is even and prefect.
After the vacuum forming process, then we will go to the CNC cutting process. In the video, we are making a jig for this process, inside the jig is holes so we can vacuum the extra air to make product suck on the jig tightly, so we can hold the product match the jig perfectly.We have 28 sets of CNC machines, and 16 sets of them are 5-asix CNC.
After CNC, let's move to our following processing center. After the CNC, we will use a kind of knife to polish making the product not that sharp, make it more safe.
Our third floor is for assembly, painting, silk screening and polishingg all kinds of handwork workshop. The painting room right now is working on the UV painting. After the products assembly, polish, we need to do the painting in order to cover the polish mark. Actually we have the protect thin on every product. For some place do not need to paint we use thin to cover it. Inside the procduct, there's a lot assembly thing. After vacuum forming process, somewhere might have dust point that we need to polish to make it look great. For car parts, robots, machines, we have the assembly workshop.
