Motion tracking is complicated. We need to recognize the joints on the video or from a webcam; process the video to recognize joints and calculate the joint angles.
Today we will get the deep dive into the motion recognition for the hands, so we can recognize arms in the full range of movement. We will require no fancy consumes or super strong hardware for this part, as we are not trying to run a lot of things in the real time.

File "video_to_joints.py" can take input from the video file or web camera and save joints to a file
File "joints_to_midi.py" can take saved joints and calculate midi values for joints
File "midi_player.py" can take saved midi values and play them (e.g. to control Character in Adobe Character Animator)
