Act 5 ends The Tempest: total running time of The Tempest in full is 1hr 18min but that includes 10 one minute intros. Therefore the story time is about 1 hr 8 min according to the screen timing used in these videos.
I have created a screen play for the Tempest which is very close to 1 hr in length.
Use your creativity to determine how Ariel can be present but invisible. Maybe use a microphone and put only the speaker on stage when Prospero and Ariel converser.
Reading Shakespeare makes one's lips feel as if they were numb!
It is excellent diction practice. Do the work and reap the rewards!
