Описание: We live in a world where if you speak about your mental health you either are crazy or your making it up. Sometimes dealing with mental health can be even more painful when you simply cant express yourself with the correct words. Trying to explain what you feel when you get an anxiety attack is like trying to figure out why so many crazy things are happening in this world.....you can’t really explain it! You have voices in your head that make you go crazy plus your different mood swings. God has definitely taken me out of dark places plus being able to do something that I love makes it all better! I’ve always said this “I may not be book smart but when I’m in a dance studio I feel like a genius”
When creating this piece I wanted people to see how no matter what you go through you can overcome it.
This piece was created for exactly these reasons. It was created for you who are reading this to know that from a dark place you can enter into a place of peace. Theirs been moments of deep anxiety where I cant stop crying on my pillow to me exceeding into the women I am now. Not always we have to carry those dark places with us. You are capable of letting it go, you are capable of entering a place of peace! You do not have to apologize for the way you feel, express it and LET IT GO! You got this!
