**About the nerf:
The perk "Destructive" was changed from giving a random card that destroys tile (think overhaul or mortgage) to giving Orbiters 10% damage...you don't need the old perk, but boy did it make things easier and the game take at least a little less longer (I usually just sold the cards I got, but still...)
