Many people in the Pokemon community were worried about Terastalization on Xerneas was Scarlet and Violet was announced. Just for Xerneas to be missing from the game. But with the announcment of Pokemon Champions and the release of Legends Z-A, Xerneas may be usable in generation 9 VGC. This video is an explanation of Xerneas' rise and fall throughout the generations and a thought experiment on whether or not it would have ruined the generation 9 metas.
