Описание: I thought I was going to reverse decades of damage overnight…it takes time, and work. This is why I feel it is vital to work with a company that provides more supports than just the delivery, or add your own supports in to supplement your journey. I like that Fridays gives me the dietician and support groups…because I need them and I think a lot of us do and realize it down the line…had I realized it earlier, I probably would have been set up for maintenance much better.
