Enhancement has huge burst windows that line up nicely with the egg hatching each time making it one of the keenest specs on this encounter on my opinion. You have ghost wolf for every spittle and spiky damage on demand. I like thunderous paws for spittle and I don't take elemental blast to save myself another active ability in a spec that always has too many.
Brann is a healer using porcelain arrowhead and amorphous relic.
