Описание: The "Downhill trail Rosenstein" in Heubach is a challenging trail for skilled bikers. It features beautiful jumps, drops and tables.

The run is technically demanding and fast.
There are different sections:
1st part: The "Bones Valley" with a nice rock field
2nd part: "Zorro"
3rd part: "Spruce forest"
4th part: "Position"
Every section has a different feel and makes for a nice overall experience.

Before your first fast run it might make sense to want to check out the different sections "slow and easy"


If you also have beginner riders or family in the group, they could enjoy the "Thunderstruck" flow trail that starts right around the corner.

Starting spring 2021 a second, even more advanced trail alternative was built right next to the downhill trail.

The city of Heubach also offers a few other interesting sites to see. There are some castle ruins towering above the city or some caves to look at.

To park you drive through the city of Heubach to the end of the downhill trail. This is also the location of a nice pump track (48.78640497785329, 9.94516876134268).
You could park here, but we recommend that you drive up the hill through the forest. There is a large parking area (Wanderparkplatz Rosenstein 48.78903184351229, 9.956511820272103).
It is at the end of the flow trail ("Thunderstruck Trail"). So you park and walk or ride up the hill on the paved road (trail start at 48.780045, 9.957509) and then enjoy the trail. Once at the end of the trail, you can take the road back to the parking area.

And on a sunny day you might want to try the ice cream of the local ice cream place Eiscafé San Marco (Hauptstraße 38, 73540 Heubach)
There is a nice church yard to the left of the shop that might be just the right location to have the ice cream.
