Welcome to Day 12 of The R.A.W. Yoga Challenge! 🧘🏾♀️
Yesterday we rested. Today? We Flow.
This is a dynamic Vinyasa practice where we focus on transitions. We are doing a Mandala Flow, which means we will be moving to the front and the back of the mat (360 degrees).
THE PRACTICE:
We are picking up the pace to get out of our heads and into our bodies.
Expect "Pumping Warriors," Goddess Squats to build heat, and fluid transitions that challenge you to stay present.

"I move in the present moment."
