The formed plaster mold is placed in a wax burnout furnace and baked at a high temperature, and the wax is melted and discharged. The next most important step is to use our mini vacuum casting machine for casting, which is a combination of smelting and casting, and all under vacuum.

After setting up the machine, place the gold in the dry pot, place the plaster mold in the same position, close the lid, and start casting.

After the casting is completed, the plaster mold is taken out, the finished product is cleaned using a blasting cabin, and after a series of processes such as polishing and polishing, the fine jewelry is presented to you.
