One of the SMART Ways to Increase Your Intuition

Описание: Having the ability to expand your intuition in an area of life where you desire deeper connection with God can be as simple as using the SMART goal framework.

First, choose a specific area of desire. For example, you may want more intuitive wisdom, knowledge, and direction in your finances, in love, or in your self-development journey. Selecting one area allows you to focus your energy—and later measure your growth.

Specific: Clearly name the area where you desire stronger intuitive guidance.

Measurable: Measurement comes through journaling. Ask a question. Sit with it. Wait. Allow Divine Love, God, or the Universe to respond in a way you can receive. Then document the nudges, insights, dreams, patterns, or synchronicities that arise. Over time, you will see evidence of guidance through your accumulated wisdom and lived experience.

Achievable: You’ll know you are growing in competence when small synchronicities begin to align. You’ll notice increased trust. Increased confidence. A greater willingness to move forward in faith rather than fear. The steps may be small, but they are steady—and they build spiritual muscle.

Realistic: Realistically, you understand that God is your Source—holding all wisdom and your highest good at heart. When you create a goal within a specific area and intentionally partner with your intuition, you begin to see tangible evidence unfolding in ways that align with divine timing.

Time-Bound: Here’s where it gets beautiful. Time frames are human-centered. Every seed must germinate before harvest. What I’ve come to understand—and what deeply resonated with me from my mentor—is the idea of “moving in space.” Today, you occupy one mindset and physical space. Tomorrow, you are in a different one. As you shift spaces internally and externally, your goal is also shifting—moving toward you. It becomes a co-creation.
