Hello beautiful people! I'm so excited to show you step by step how to make these reuseable, washable, eco-friendly breast pads /nursing pads. I love these, they are so simple and easy, they reduce our waste and recycle fabric and save heaps of money! They are great baby shower gifts if you have friends having babies and are a great way to nurture yourself and the environment too if you are about to become a mother🌿 they are so soft and comfortable and you can use them over and over again!
Creating and making things has helped/ still helps me so much with my mental health, it literally saved me and if I can share these skills and help someone else then that's why I'm here.
