Ingredients:
For the cake:
3 cups all purpose flour(sifted twice)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2- 2 cups white granulated sugar
1/2 vegetable oil/canola oil
1 3/4 cups pineapple juice
1 1/2 chopped pineapple
4 room temperature eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
For the Frosting:
225 grams softened cream cheese
400 ml heavy whipping cream
For the cake tops: use any cake toppings of your choice
