Brother Anandamoy (1922 – 2016) was an international lecturer for Self-Realization Fellowship, and his talks continue to present, for students of Paramahansaji’s teachings and spiritual seekers everywhere, key insights into the spiritual path.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was given at the SRF Temple in Pasadena, California on July 12, 1992.
