About the Speaker
Dr. Ramesh Bijlani, a physician and nutrition expert trained at AIIMS and MIT, served nearly 30 years on the AIIMS faculty, researching links between diet and chronic disease. Since 1992, he has focused on Sri Aurobindo’s integral yoga, founding a yoga-based lifestyle clinic at AIIMS in 2000. Post-retirement in 2005, he has authored 17 books and received an honorary doctorate in yoga. Based at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Delhi since 2007, he shares spiritual insights with warmth and clarity, calling himself a “pharmacist of love and wisdom.”
