Target Fixation... what is it and why is it both good and bad? In the video I will show you why sometimes it is bad to focus on the basket. I will also show you when it is the best thing you can do. It all boils down to telling your body where to focus and helping your body not have to deal iwth mixed messages. Hopefully it will help you understand why you often hit the very trees you are trying to avoid. :D
