I’ve been hearing concerns from bakers about frosting not whipping as thick as before, so I conducted a controlled test to compare Bakels Fino Whip and Chipkins Cream Powder.
In this test:
• Same powder quantities
• Same total liquid-to-powder ratio
• Same type of bowls (plastic)
• Same mixer, speed, and whipping time
• 30 minutes chilling before whipping
Each product was prepared according to its respective instructions.
Both whipped successfully, but the textures differed slightly in structure and firmness.
