SWIMMING AND COOKING FOOD IN ICELAND'S HIDDEN HOT SPRINGS

Описание: Dan and Chelle hit the road in today's video to drive the famous Golden Circle and visit a ton of sites along the way! Their first stop is on the side of the road as they spot some of the most adorable Icelandic horses just begging to say hello! They head off to Laugarvatn Fontana and were able to bake bread down IN the earth! The geothermal activity in the area boils the nearby water, and can cook bread, eggs, or any kind of food! Their rye bread is delicious, especially with a bit of Icelandic butter. They continue on their journey up to Geysir and see Strokkur erupt a few times! This geyser erupts every 5-7 minutes and due to the cold weather, was accompanied by a ton of steam! After making a freezing stop to see the epic waterfall Gullfoss, they attempt to find a hot spring to warm up in. After a few wrong turns, they end up at Hrunalaug hot spring and enjoy the warm geothermal waters all to themselves! After heading back into Selfoss, they grab a little dinner at Pylsu Vagninn and head back to their Airbnb. What an eventful start to what will be the trip of a lifetime!
