In Parli, Beed, the district collector Vivek Johnson had issued an order on 10th August banning banners displaying criminals’ photos. Despite this, the order was violated when a banner wishing Eid-e-Milad showcased the photo of Valmik Karad, accused in the Santosh Deshmukh murder case.
