How to fix a Sonos Play:3 speaker with blown or worn out speakers. I saved this $500 speaker from the trash! This unit has many hours on it at a CrossFit gym and the speakers were completely blown and falling apart. I purchased 3" speakers on Amazon and created my own adaptor plate to make it all work. I used 1/2" void-free birch plywood.
