Its a clear windy Winter's day at the south end of Byron Bay's main beach, called The Pass and a great day to enjoy the scenery.. Today we take a walk from The Pass beach along the foreshore track to Wategoes beach, which on the southern side of this headland.
This is a popular walk with both Byron Bay locals and tourists. It provides both a bush aspect and commanding views over the the Pacific ocean. You always know its windy in Byron Bay when you see the kite surfers out and about but still a beautiful day for a coastal walk.
