Court records revealed disturbing details about conditions at an east Charlotte home where a 6-year-old girl died, leading to a woman's arrest.
Susan Robinson, 61, was arrested Saturday and charged with one count of intentional child abuse resulting in serious physical injury and four counts of misdemeanor child abuse. Robinson was denied bond during a court appearance on Monday.
