With WMATA's 2005 New Flyer DE40LFs on the brink of retirement, and the first 6 of 100 new 4500 series XD40s now in service at Landover Division (as of late May 2021), I decided to record what could potentially be my last ride on-board one of these old buses. This is the ride on-board WMATA Metrobus 2005 New Flyer DE40LF #6022, on Route T2 to Friendship Heights Metro Station. This video covers the ride between the intersection of River Road & Falls Road, to the intersection of River Road & Little Falls Parkway. Taken on May 20th, 2021.
