Wannian Commercial Building is a famous historical shopping mall located in Ximending, Taipei City, Taiwan, located on Xining South Road, Wanhua District. After 2006, it was selected as a featured shopping mall by the Taipei City Government Travel Network. The two entrances are "Xining Gate" and "Emei Gate", and the house number is tied to Xining Gate.
The Wannian Commercial Building is a youth indicator in Ximending. You can find all the fashionable clothes, sneakers, watches, perfumes, mobile phones, games, toys, comic magazines, etc. that teenagers love. 萬年商業大樓，是位於台灣台北市西門町一棟有歷史的著名商場，位於萬華區西寧南路。2006年後被台北市政府旅遊網選為特色商場。兩大入口為「西寧門」與「峨嵋門」，門牌號碼繫於西寧門。
萬年商業大樓是西門町的青春指標，舉凡青少年喜愛的流行服飾、球鞋、手錶、香水、手機、遊戲、玩具、漫畫雜誌等，都可以找得到；另外，四樓有許多家深具特色的模型玩具店，也是青少年最喜歡逛的地方；而五樓的湯姆熊歡樂世界台北金萬年店，則陳設了新型的賽車音樂機台等遊樂設施，六、七樓有愛客發商務旅館-萬年館。
