Daily Discipline For Defeating Anxiety
We all have goals and dreams that we want to achieve in our lives. We don’t want the negative conversation in our head to be true because it makes us feel bad about ourselves.
The comfort zone is the most dangerous place in the world. This is where everyone is vulnerable to mental illness. It starts off with a few negative thoughts and those negative thoughts can very quickly become a conversation that we are listening to for hours each day.
This is why getting up early making the bed 🛌 practising gratitude and, going out for a 30-60 minute run is fantastic for overcoming that “negative voice” which tells you it’s not a good idea to go out today and exercise because the weather is too cold and you might get an injury if you run.
If you continue to listen to this voice and allow it to bully you into submitting, your life will very quickly become miserable.
Challenging that negative voice and push yourself to go for a run. This Is how you start building your confidence and improving your mental health.
