CIF Safety Ambassador Rory O'Connor of Rory Stories visited the JJ Rhatigan & Company site in Athenry, Galway last week to provide his Tool Box Talk on Mental Health.
This is part of the CIF's ongoing health & safety campaign.
'No one can walk around on a broken leg but a lot of people can walk around on a broken mind... the hardest thing is to just put your hand up and say I'm not in a good place here'
