We do not find this radiance by looking outside ourselves, but by grounding deep within, softening into the body, and opening our hearts to become a clear channel for renewal and transformation.

This Radiant Heart Workshop invites you to slow down and drop beneath the surface, anchoring yourself in the Earth's stability and nourishment. From this deep place of connection, we allow Earth's energy to flow up through us, filling our hearts with light, love, and renewal, and then ripple it gracefully back into the world.

To become a beacon of loving energy is to move from simply thinking about connection to fully embodying it, letting Earth's power illuminate us from within and radiate through us in all directions.

In this practice, we’ll explore how to:
