Sega Channel commercial

Описание: A friend and I were going through old VHS tapes of his one day when we found this Sega Channel commercial on a tape of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon episodes.

So I just had to plug my VCR in to my video cap card and record it. Obviously a holiday commercial from my local cable provider at the time.

I used to play Sega Channel ALL the time as a kid.

For those who don't know what it was, it was a service you got from your local cable provider in 1994. Once you bought the service they would give you the device to plug into your Sega Genesis in which you would run your cable line into it and it would provide you with 50 games a month which there would be new ones each month and access to demos of upcoming titles. You can read more about it at Wikipedia......

For those who DO remember it.....I'm sure you miss it as much as I do. Believe it or not I found the actual box you plugged into your Genesis one time at a Flea Market but later sold it to a friend when I was strapped for cash for bills :-/

Hope you enjoy!
