After sailing alone (as husband and wife with no hired crew) across the Indian Ocean aboard our monohull sailing vessel..... for 39 days at sea! We we all but arrived to our destination just over 5,000 nautical miles away... when everything changed within an instant and we needed help. A first time call for help (And hopefully the only call we ever make for a rescue.)
