TRIATHLON - AN ALL OUT 10K RUN WITH BEN HOFFMAN!!

Описание: This was a last minute all out 10K run in the middle of my Sunday long run with Ben Hoffman. Feeling super grateful for the opportunity to train more and more with The Hoff, including all of his crazy and epic ideas AND last minute decisions... “Last minute idea” has been a theme of 2020 and I think it’s been great for the both of us, as I feel like Hoff and I are very similar athletes: we set our goals for the year (usually Kona as the ultimate peak goal) and give everything we possibly have to achieve our absolute best on that one day. It’s certainly stepping out of our comfort zone to hop into events or “races” or certain activities last minute having not prepared fully... but it has brought excitement to training and a fun, positive element to a year that has been tough to navigate. Literally, the night before a standard Sunday long run, Hoff texted that a friend (thanks Jesse!) had organized an underground 10k to give athletes something to push themselves with. We warmed up to the race site, ran our hearts out for 10k and then kept going to get in a solid Sunday Runday. Such a massive thank you to Wattie for filming and the Herbalife24 sag!!! Loving stepping out of routine and comfort zones this year ... because why not? Also, the cutest little Outlaw in all the land makes a cameo that you don’t want to miss!
