Ingredients:
2 Pineapples (only the peels are needed enjoy the rest of the pineapple)
-2lbs of ginger root
-.5lbs of brown sugar
Boil a pot of water, once it boils add the pineapple peel and crushed ginger root. Let it boil for 30 min, then cool for another 15. The longer it cools, the stronger the flavor will be. Strain and add sugar to taste. Let cool and serve!
