Dave (61) has quite the medical CV:
Multiple lumbar spine procedures
Cervical and lumbar disc problems
Facet joint injections
Rhizotomies
Frozen shoulder surgeries
Despite all this, he’s been doing the MoveMed 8 for a year now - and has had no back pain at all in that time.
Annette (53) lived with:
Costochondritis
Confirmed torn cartilage in her chest
Years of fear about moving
After a year of consistently doing the MoveMed 8, she reports no chest pain or flare-ups, and can now hang from a pull-up bar.
