The biggest problem people in India have always faced with income tax is the complexity of the law. It becomes difficult for the average taxpayer to understand which rules apply under which section and how much tax they owe. To address this problem, the government is now introducing a new and simplified law called the Income Tax Act 2025. This new law will come into effect across the country from April 1st and will replace the nearly 64-year-old Income Tax Act of 1961. The government says that this change will make the tax filing process easier, clearer, and more user-friendly for the common man.
देश में इनकम टैक्स को लेकर लोगों की सबसे बड़ी परेशानी हमेशा यही रही है कि कानून बहुत ज्यादा जटिल है। आम टैक्सपेयर के लिए यह समझना मुश्किल हो जाता है कि किस सेक्शन में क्या नियम लागू होता है और उसे कितना टैक्स देना है। इसी समस्या को खत्म करने के लिए सरकार अब एक नया और सरल कानून लेकर आ रही है, जिसका नाम इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 2025 है। यह नया कानून 1 अप्रैल से पूरे देश में लागू होगा और करीब 64 साल पुराने इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 1961 की जगह लेगा। सरकार का कहना है कि इस बदलाव से टैक्स भरने की प्रक्रिया आसान, साफ और आम आदमी के अनुकूल बन जाएगी।
