🍽TACOS
Feeds 10+ (will need complimentary side dishes)

🍅Ingredients:
4-5lbs, Chuck roast
5, White onions, sliced
3 whole heads, Garlic, peeled
To taste, Black pepper
To taste, Garlic Salt
Corn tortillas

(AS NEEDED)Toppings:
Cilantro
Lemon
Onion

🍅Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350•F
2. Peel and slice all onions. Peel garlic. Place in roasting pan
3. Season chuck with black pepper
4. Sear chuck on med/high heat on ALL sides, place in roaster, cover in foil
5. Roast at 350•F, 30 min per pound
6. Check for tenderness
7. When done, shred with two forks (including onions and garlic), add 1/2 cup water or stock at a time it it has dried out, and season generously with garlic salt.
8. If meat is made in advance, STEAM to reheat (like seen in video).
9. Wet corn tortillas and heat on skillet.
10. Top as desired. Eat more than 6.
