Celebration, Florida is known by many as "The Town that Disney Built." It has a super interested backstory, and began being built in 1994, with construction being completed in 1996. As you'll see, Celebration requires a specific clientele. It can be very expensive, but it also provides an incredible community feel, as well as plenty of amenities.
If Celebration might not be your first choice, there are a ton of Florida living options that are more affordable and still in great proximity of Disney parks and Celebration, such as Davenport, Williamsburg, and Winter Garden, or a bit farther out but with even better affordability, such as Winter Haven, Ocala, Orange City, Deltona, and more.
