Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in.
In this video, I am making a fume hood for some future gold refining activities. The hood itself uses 18mm thick ply wood and 6mm plexi-glass window and sash. The extraction system is a bilge blower which allows me to circulate the whole volume of the internal fume hood each minute. Plenty enough for good extraction of air. Underneath, I have included a storage area for chemicals and other glassware.
