Have you tried this tri-color steamed eggs before? If not I suggest you head to the nearest supermarket and get 2 century eggs, 2 salted duck eggs and 6 medium size eggs. This easy steamed eggs are super delicious and I was surprised by the taste. You can feel the three different egg textures and three different types of egg flavors in one bite. It’s awesomely tasty.

INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
2 century eggs ( wash & scrap outer coverings )
2 salted duck eggs ( boil for 10-15 mins )
6 medium size eggs
A pinch of himalayan rock salt
1/2 tsp mushroom granules
A few dashes of pepper
300 ml water
11/2 tbsp cornstarch
