Описание: "The Totality of the Kingdom" in this chapter of ACIM describes the DUAL nature of our moment to moment experience--not 'duality'--it is that every dualistic experience of pleasure/pain has a counterpart that is neither pleasure nor pain, but perfection in the Mind of God. In common terms this means that I always have recourse to a happier interpretation of situations that frighten, terrify, repulse, or seduce/attract me. The push and pull experienced in 'duality' is the very nature of time and space which are built of contrasting elements--all of it conceived as a "gift of freedom" within God's Own Mind. Wow! The metaphysics is putting me to sleep!--This is it: St Francis saw a leper on the road and laid a great smacker on him--Is Francis so GREAT that he KISSES a DISEASED and REJECTED child of God? Is that what made him a "saint." NO--Francis did not SEE a LEPER--he saw Jesus Christ--who he found VERY ATTRACTIVE INDEED. That is why he kissed the leper. AND was Francis halucinating "Jesus" when he saw a walking, rotting, reject on the road? --no. St. Francis was so steeped in the BEATIFIC vision of the natural order that the leper was just another part of the beatific vision. Think of it this way--What pssession of Elvis Presley would NOT be considered a precious collectible by an Elvis fan? You know the answer--so did Francis. The moral of the story is "fans" of God will gladly collect anything he has lying around creation, and consider it a BLESSING.
