At Support Elders, we bring these benefits directly to our members through our online Yoga classes. 📱🏡 Designed especially for elders, each session features gentle movements, guided breathing, and stretches that are safe and easy to follow.
🕔 Join us every Monday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for elder-friendly yoga sessions.
