Tonka's Spiral Zone toys never made it to the UK, so this is the first time I have ever seen one, and the first time I had to repair a vintage Spiral Zone Sledge Hammer.
Finding parts would be impossible for this, so I fixed what I could and then had to make a major part completely from scratch. The final job was adding new stickers.
And for once no Lego was harmed. But I did cut up some K'Nex rods and some plastic Meccano.
