The Special Investigation Team (SIT), which had earlier found no leads despite digging at five locations, has now recovered what appears to be part of a human skeleton—silencing critics who mocked the investigation’s legitimacy.

Authorities used machinery like Hitachi excavators to conduct the dig. Forensic experts have collected the bones, which will be sent for FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) testing as per protocol. A dog squad was also deployed to the site, and operations intensified after the initial discovery.
