Frank Personal Opinions: Definitely a solid SMG, but far outclassed by others as you rank up and access NX SMG's. Like the VB Berapi LP02, it suffers a pretty hefty damage dropoff rate at range, so make sure to keep your engagements within CQC to maximize its usefulness. But because of its intention as an Assault Rifle/SMG hybrid, it has the tapfire ability of an assault rifle (not very good though) and the functionality of a submachine gun, so it's more all-around than most other SMG's.
