Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Milk Mahalabia (Pudding):
-Olper’s Milk 1 Litre
-Olper’s cream 1 Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Rose water 1 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Cornflour 4 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 1/3 Cup
Prepare Mango Puree Layer:
-Aam (Mango) cubes 3 Cups
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Aam (Mango) cubes
Directions:
Prepare Milk Mahalabia (Pudding):
-In a wok,add milk,cream,sugar,rose water,cardamom powder & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & bring it to boil.
-In cornflour,add milk & whisk well.
-In boiling water,add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking.
Prepare Mango Puree Layer:
-In a jug,add mangoes,water & blend well.
-In saucepan,add mango puree,sugar,desiccated coconut,cornflour & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes & keep whisking in between.
-Let it cool.
-In serving cup,add milk mahalabia,mango puree layer & garnish with almonds,mango cubes & dried rose.
-Serve chilled

-Karahi mein doodh,cream,cheeni,rose water aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Cornflour mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Boiling doodh mein dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janya tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
Prepare Mango Puree Layer:
-Jug mein aam aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Saucepan mein mango puree,cheeni,khopra aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein whisk kertay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Serving cup mein milk mahaliabia aur mango puree layer dal dein,badam,mango cubes aur dried rose sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
