Appreciate that the talar dome portion may superimpose with the medial and lateral malleolus so the OCD there may not be easily seen on lateral view
Understand how we can detect large effusion of the talocrural joint on lateral view
Have some basic idea on how MRI helps to judge whether an OCD is stable or not
