INGREDIENTS
FOR FRIED GOTU KOLA BHARTA / BHAJA TANKUNI
PATA BHORTA
1 cup of gotu kola / thankuni pata (finely chopped)
1 tbsp of mustard oil
1/3 cup of red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tsp of garlic (chopped)
1/4 tsp of salt
3-4 red chillies (fried)
1 tbsp of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
FOR TOMATO GOTU KOLA BHARTA / TOMATO
THANKUNI PATA BHORTA
1 cup of gotu kola / thankuni pata (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of red onion (thinly sliced + dry roasted)
12 cherry tomatoes (dry roasted)
1 tsp of garlic (chopped + dry roasted)
1/4 tsp of salt
3-4 red chillies (fried)
1 tbsp of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
FOR RAW GOTU KOLA BHARTA / KACHA
THANKUNI PATA BHORTA
1 cup of gotu kola / thankuni pata (finely chopped)
1/3 cup of red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tsp of mustard oil
1/4 tsp of salt
3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tbsp of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
