At the beginning of the video I show the game running at Ultra settings (minus hairworks because u lose way too much fps) and at the end of the video I show you the fps with my optimized fps settings and also with the HD Reworked texture mod v5.1 by Halk Hogan. There is really no noticeable difference between shadows on ultra and high, unless you look at screenshots really closely, and characters at medium/high because you get lots of stuttering and fps drops in big areas like Novigrad where there are lots of people to render at once. I also recommend turning off vignette, motion blur, blur, chromatic abberation, and depth of field is personal taste. Most of those settings in the process settings ruin how the game looks and ruins the graphics in my opinion.
